I have over 30 years of experience in HR across industry sectors like Retail, Consumer Services, Technology, and Hospitality with operations spread across multiple countries in the US, Europe, Asia, and Africa. I have led large HR and cross-functional teams; conceptualized and implemented People Capability, Consumer Experience, and Culture Transformation initiatives at country and global levels. In my last role, I was the CHRO of Bata India, the largest footwear company in India, and was also supporting the APAC geography.

As a Leadership coach, my methodology is based on a consultative-collaborative style, to facilitate reflective decision-making. I aim to bridge the gap between 'aspired' and 'realized' for individuals by guiding onus on self, helping to build self-awareness and connect with inner drive. I believe that individual potential needs to be unleashed and for that to happen, a Coach needs to help them think differently.
Over the years, I have designed and delivered programs and interventions in areas of leadership development, developing potential talent, onboarding of management trainees and new talent, improving self-awareness & effectiveness, and cultural assimilation & change. I conduct individual and group coaching interventions with leaders at middle and senior levels. In the last few years, I have coached individuals from different nationalities across the globe.
