In 2016​,​ Coaching found me​,​ and I haven’t looked back since. I am now a ICF PCC credentialed coach​,​ but I think that I’ve always known that coaching is my calling….right through my corporate career as an organisational development intervention specialist​,​ I have been following the tenets of coaching​,​ providing a non-judgemental​,​ safe and energising space for reflective​,​ transformative conversations.
